In the course of its development, the "NGP GROUP" has adopted a code of ethics, which goes beyond the laws and provisions by establishing a climate of respect, response and contribution to challenges relative to environmental and social issues.

As such:

· It recognises its responsibility towards its shareholders, employees, suppliers and customers

· It contributes to the management and handling of environmental issues respecting what we inherited and will leave to the subsequent generations
