In the course of its development, the NGP GROUP has adopted a code of ethics, which goes beyond the laws and provisions by establishing a climate of respect, response and contribution to challenges relative to environmental and social issues.
As such:
- It recognises its responsibility towards its shareholders, employees, suppliers and customers
- It contributes to the management and handling of environmental issues respecting what we inherited and will leave to the subsequent generations
- It promotes structures for the improvement of the living standards and quality of life of its workforce and the wider society within which it operates
- It respects human dignity, the diversity of people and provides equal opportunities for employment, promotion and remuneration.
Corporate Governance
The NGP GROUP implements modern corporate governance practices, which promote:
- The protection of the immediate and long term corporate advantage
- The reinforcement of the Group's stability
- The increase of its economic value for shareholders and employees.
The following fall within this scope:
- The design and establishment of Quality Systems for the organisation, function and management of the Group
- Its structured development in accordance with the Business Plan prepared and endorsed by the shareholders
- The internal control of efficiency and continual improvement of its activities
- Consistency and perfect collaboration between the companies in the Group
The Corporate Governance mindset of the Group includes respecting its employees, who trust the management and consider themselves members of a team, in which they invest and develop offering their services for a long period of time.
