• Transformation of the company into the corporation NGP S.A.
• First participation in the AGROTICA exhibition in Thessalonica. Since then, the Group has participated in every AGROTICA event
2002
• • Exclusive cooperation with CHAITOGLOU – CHARTEL ABEE for the distribution of its cardboard boxes in Greece.
2003
• The construction of the 2nd plant in Rizari, Edessa was a landmark on the path of the Group’s fast growth
• 60% participation by NGP PACK in INFIA HELLAS A.E. for the products of which it controls the storage and transportation (logistics).
2004
• Participation by CHAITOGLOU - CHARTEL ABEE in the share capital of NGP A.E. with a share of 25%. Company's certification based on the ΕΝ ΙSΟ 9001:2000 standard.
2005
• Creation of NGP PACK’s 3rd factory in Corinth, now the modern cardboard box assembly centre in Greece with storage areas using the latest technology
• Creation of a new quality control centre for paper packaging materials and products.
2006
• NGP PACK's new factory in Corinth is completely destroyed by fire on 11/09/2006.
• On 13/09/2006, the company is operating normally again using machines from its other factories in new buildings, where it will remain for 10 months while the factory is being rebuilt.
• Design and construction of the 1st phase of NGP PLASTIC’s new industrial plant in Isthmos, Corinth for the production of packaging materials made from PET & PP for fruit and vegetables.
2007
• Complete reconstruction and relaunch of NGP PACK's cardboard box factory
• Completion of construction and launch of the new NGP PLASTIC industrial plant.
2008 - 2009
- Ολοκλήρωση των επενδύσεων στην NGP PLASTIC με την επέκταση κατά 1000 τμ του εργοστασίου για την εγκατάσταση μηχανημάτων παραγωγής πολυστρωματικού φύλλου για την βιομηχανία τροφίμων
- Εγκατάσταση και έναρξη λειτουργίας της νέας γραμμής θερμοδιαμόρφωσης θηκών από E-PET για φρούτα και λαχανικά
- Αγορά οικοπέδου 16 στρεμμάτων και ετοιμασία νέας σύγχρονης αποθήκης για τα προϊόντα του Ομίλου
- Αγορά άλλου οικοπέδου 17,5 στρεμμάτων με διώροφο κτίριο 500 τμ για τις νέες ανάγκες ανάπτυξης του Ομίλου
