The "NGP GROUP", in its 9th year of continuous growth, is now one of the most notable, fast growing Groups and counts among the top in the area of packaging products, materials and machinery.

Products are manufactured close to the installations of their customers, with factories in Ierapetra, Corinth, Edessa and it distributes its products through an excellently organised sales network covering all of Greece.

The Group is renowned for its leading position, innovations, drive and relations of trust with its customers and partners. Under the criteria of conditions set by the market and of technological developments, it completed investment programmes amounting to more then 8,000,000 Euros in the last two years, with the objective of creating its customer support infrastructure characterised by the highest quality, speed of service and development of new products:

• Radically modernising the installations and the machinery of its industrial plants in Corinth
• Optimising its organisation
• Expanding its workforce

In parallel, upon completion of the 1st phase of the new industrial plastics manufacturing plant for packaging materials, in Isthmos of Corinth, it expanded its activities in the field setting the scene for exponential and successful growth on the international market too.

Today, the companies in the Group specialise in the following sectors:

• Design, manufacture & trade of paper packaging
• Trade in Packaging - Formation - Transportation materials and machinery
• Design, manufacture & trade of plastic packaging for fruit & vegetables
• Renting of Paper packaging formation machinery
• Logistics
• Recycling of materials

Outlook

The next three years from 2008 to 2012 will be very important for the NGP GROUP. The Group has planned investments amounting to 16,000,000 Euros:

• For the expansion to the 2nd phase of investments by NGP PLASTIC
• For the creation of the new industrial plant in Corinth of NGP GREEN for the recycling of PET plastics and
• For the creation of the NGP LOGSTICS plant to provide storage services to third parties

At the end of the three years and with new investments, the Group seeks to achieve another environmental first, which is to become the only "GREEN GROUP" to have developed the infrastructure and prerequisites allowing it to complete the objective:

1 produce => 2 recycling i.e. "for every product unit produced, 2 will be recycled in one way or another"
